In continuing to raise awareness on BHR in the Philippines, the Multi-Stakeholder Business and Human Rights Group prepared this guidance document which aims to provide direction for the relevant sectors in their appreciation of their duty to protect and respect human rights in the context of business. It also addresses the gap in the private sector’s understanding of their role in the respect, protect, fulfill framework of human rights in the country, particularly the importance and relevance of embedding gender perspectives in their business operations.
